Electrode and Setup Notes

- Ideal performance is listed for most 6011, 6013, and 7018 rods.
- The sheet notes 6010 is not recommended for open root welding.
- 120 V operation: 1/16-1/8 in. electrodes, with some limitations on 3/32 in. rods and very limited use with 1/8 in. rods based on rod and amperage.
- 240 V operation: 1/16-5/32 in. electrodes, with some limitations on 5/32 in. rods based on amperage.
- DCEP is shown in the basic setup, and the sheet notes the machine is also DCEN polarity capable.
