Miller TIG support
Miller Weldcraft Water-Cooled TIG Torch Support
Water-cooled Weldcraft torch support for higher-output Syncrowave, Dynasty, and Maxstar packages.
Start with the torch body
Identify the torch
W-250, W-280, W-375, W-400, W-500
Use the breakdown
Match the diagram number, tungsten diameter, cup size, and gas lens or standard setup before ordering.
Then choose consumables
Cups, collets, gas lenses, collet bodies, back caps, and tungsten are series-specific.
Breakdown pending
This torch family does not have a dedicated diagram on the page yet. Use the torch series and machine package to confirm parts before ordering.

What to check first
Torch overheating
Verify cooling system on water-cooled setups. Inspect torch cable and handle heat. Check amperage against torch class. Verify front-end consumable fitment.
Unstable arc
Inspect tungsten contamination first. Verify collet tightness. Inspect cup or gas lens seating. Verify shielding gas flow.
Poor gas coverage
Inspect cup condition. Verify gas lens seating. Check flow rate. Inspect hose or fitting leaks.
